DIRTYBILL’S TRAVELS
AUSTIN CITY LIMITS (september 26, 27, 28)

DirtyBill attended the Austin City Limits Music Festival this past weekend!! He had a wonderful time at his soon to be annual outing. Made smiles were shared along the way, but the most spectacular was his intimate moment with Eryka Badu. Check out the photo archive for the rest of the pics.
KID ROCK!!! (August 9, 2008)

DirtyBill was kickin’ it backstage with Kid Rock and his crew in Houston, TX.
FIRST DRINK POURED @ DIRTYBILL’s ( August 8, 2008)

The Chinese consider the number eight to be the luckiest there is.
In fact, “88″ means “double joy” over yonder. The opening ceremony
for the 2008 Olympics started at exactly 8 minutes 8 seconds past 8pm
on 08/08/08. They take it pretty seriously it seems. On that same day,
a young and grizzled Craig Steckbeck wandered into Dirty Bill’s at
8 minutes 8 seconds past 8am and had 8 oz. of Jack Daniel’s Lynchburg
No. 8. He paid $8.08 for it. How lucky is that? And we’re not even
Chinese.
MID-WEST STADIUM TOUR

In late August, roughly two weeks after Dirty Bill opened his bar in
the Market District of Austin, Texas, he boarded a plane with some
n’er-do-wells for four days of ridiculous behavior, 5 baseball games
and four Midwestern cities. Upon arrival in Chicago, DB went
directly to Wrigley where he became the belle of the ball. The good
Cubs fans lined up to have a lasting image taken with the gnome
himself. Even managed to find a walking hotdog, that has to be a 1st.
After that it was straight to the train station for a Brewers game.
Dirty was once again well received and even won the famous sausage
race at Miller Park. The following day, it was - let’s stop here and just
briefly mention that Bill was kicked out of a Milwaukee strip club - that’s
all we’ll say about that. At any rate, it was back to Chi-town for a Sox
game. The fans were once again anxious to get a photo with Bill and
it’s important to say that female Sox fans are somewhat more liberal
of thought than most others. Those photos are private.
Next, Bill had to board another flight to St. Louis, this time to meet
the world famous Fredbird and see the local hottness, even ran into
Al Miller, St. Louis’ own AM radio broadcaster. Next stop? What
could be hotter than all of these enjoyable cities put together? That’s
right… Kansas City. The dynamic Kansas City Royals, a AA team
for the Rangers, were in fact playing the Rangers and Bill was
featured on “Crown Vision”, the single largest HD scoreboard in
the country, yes, even larger than the Godzillatron. Weird for a
AA ball club in the middle of nowhere.
A tuckered young Bill then boarded one last flight back to Austin.
He has a thousand stories to tell, so keep checking back with us
for updates on debauchery.
